Cycle: 24 on / 48 off
24 hours on, 48 hours off: a shift starts every third day. With a fixed start time, 48 hours separate the end of one shift from the start of the next.

How to create your shift schedule
- Choose a pattern and the first day of its cycle. For a Monday-to-Friday 5/2 pattern, start on Monday.
- Set shift start times and durations. Apply your schedule, then select individual dates to change a shift or add leave.
- Switch between month and year. Download ICS for a calendar, CSV for a spreadsheet, or use Print / PDF.

Counting shifts and working hours
Planned hours are the sum of the durations of shifts starting in the selected period. Monthly totals depend on the cycle anchor and month length. Breaks, holiday pay and statutory working-time limits are not calculated.

Schedule questions
How is my schedule calculated?
The cycle repeats from your chosen start date, including backwards. For 5/2, choose a Monday. Select any date to add a replacement shift or leave.
How are night shifts and hours counted?
A shift belongs to its starting date, even when it ends tomorrow. Hours are planned durations of shifts starting in the period, without break deductions or daylight-saving adjustments. An off date does not guarantee 24 hours of rest after a night shift.
How do I save or move my schedule?
Settings stay in this browser. A shared link contains a snapshot, including exceptions. ICS exports work shifts in the visible period; CSV exports all days. Importing does not create automatic synchronization.
